RNDO-564 is an experimental bispecific antibody from Rondo Therapeutics, in phase 1 trials for urothelial cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and head and neck squamous cell cancer and other cancers.
RNDO-564 is a bispecific antibody (T-cell co-stimulatory engager) from Rondo Therapeutics. A CD28 x Nectin-4 bispecific antibody: one arm binds Nectin-4 on tumour cells, the other gives T cells the CD28 co-stimulatory signal. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for urothelial (bladder) cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer and cervical cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1/1b alone and with pembrolizumab, enrolling by invitation (NCT07218003). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
