The Hospital Universitario de La Princesa is a public teaching hospital in the Salamanca district of Madrid, opened in 1955 and affiliated to the Autonomous University of Madrid, with oncology, haematology and radiotherapy services and its own health research institute. It is a full member of the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI); its representative on the OECI list is Jose Julián Díaz Melguizo.
