Overview
Derrick S. Haslem is Senior Medical Director of the Oncology Clinical Program at Intermountain Health, the not-for-profit health system whose cancer centres span Utah and surrounding states. He is a board-certified medical oncologist with expertise in targeted therapy, genomics and breast cancer, and completed his haematology and oncology fellowship at Huntsman Cancer Hospital, University of Utah, in 2009. He practises at Intermountain cancer centres in St George, Murray and Logan and has expanded rural access to cancer care through tele-oncology services in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming.
