Jason S. Lewis
Radiochemist who built the zirconium-89 immuno-PET platform and MSKCC's radiopharmaceutical pipeline.
Overview
Jason Lewis developed methods for labelling antibodies with zirconium-89 that made immuno-PET a clinical reality, including 89Zr-trastuzumab and 89Zr-J591 PSMA imaging, and leads a laboratory translating new radiotracers and radioligand therapies from chemistry to first-in-human trials. He directs radiochemistry at MSKCC and has trained many of the field's leaders.
