Professor Michael Kerin is Clinical Director of the Saolta Cancer Managed Clinical Academic Network (Saolta Cancer MCAN), the cancer programme of the Saolta University Health Care Group centred on University Hospital Galway and linked with the University of Galway. The Saolta cancer centre page names him in that role in connection with his commentary on new breast cancer screening technology.
