These are the response rules for non-Hodgkin lymphoma in children and teenagers, whose lymphomas, sites of spread and treatments differ from adults'.
No standard response criteria existed for paediatric non-Hodgkin lymphoma. An international group of paediatric oncologists, pathologists, biologists and radiologists (Sandlund and colleagues, Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015) started from the adult criteria and added contemporary imaging and pathology, including molecular and flow cytometric minimal residual disease testing. A companion paper revised the staging system (IPNHLSS).
