Circulating Tumor DNA Testing in Predicting Treatment for Patients With Stage IIA Colon Cancer After Surgery is a phase 2/3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT04068103 by NRG Oncology, with a registry enrolment figure of 635 participants, started 2019-12-16 and due to reach its primary completion in 2023-06-30. Interventions recorded: Capecitabine; Fluorouracil; Leucovorin; Leucovorin Calcium; Oxaliplatin; Patient Observation. Conditions listed: Colon Adenocarcinoma; Stage IIA Colon Cancer AJCC v8. Primary outcome: Clearance of Circulating Tumor Deoxyribonucleic Acid (ctDNA) (to Undetectable Levels) for the "Baseline ctDNA Detected" Patient Subset (Phase II); Recurrence-free Survival (RFS) the "Baseline ctDNA Detected" Patient Subset (Phase III).
