Adialante is rebuilding MRI hardware, physics and reconstruction algorithms from the ground up to create a mobile, low-cost scanner offered to clinics on a flat per-scan fee with no capital purchase, with the stated purpose of making MRI-based cancer screening widely available. Its first target is prostate cancer, where MRI before biopsy is already guideline practice, with other cancers to follow. The company is a Spring 2026 YC company; the scanner is in development and has no regulatory clearance recorded.
