Overview
Enliven Therapeutics is a Boulder, Colorado clinical-stage precision oncology company developing next-generation small molecule kinase inhibitors intended to improve tolerability, combinability and resistance coverage. ELVN-001 is a potent, highly selective BCR-ABL inhibitor that binds a distinctive folded-in P-loop conformation of ABL1 and is in clinical development for chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). ELVN-002 is a selective, irreversible HER2 inhibitor with activity against HER2 mutations including exon 20 insertions in non-small cell lung cancer, in phase 1. Enliven became a Nasdaq company in February 2023 by merging with Imara Inc., closing a concurrent 165 million US dollar private placement co-led by Fairmount and Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners; shares trade as ELVN.
