Adcendo
Adcendo is a Danish company developing antibody-drug conjugates, antibodies that deliver a cell-killing drug straight to cancer cells, against targets few others are pursuing. Its first medicines are in early human trials, including one for soft tissue sarcoma.
Overview
Adcendo ApS is a clinical-stage Copenhagen biotech developing first-in-class and best-in-class antibody-drug conjugates. Its pipeline comprises ADCE-T02, a tissue factor-targeted ADC in the phase 1 Tiffany-01 study (cohort expansion in multiple solid tumour indications from April 2026, with a pembrolizumab combination cohort agreed with MSD in May 2026); ADCE-D01, a uPARAP-targeted ADC in the ADCElerate1 dose escalation and expansion study in soft tissue sarcoma and other mesenchymal cancers; and ADCE-B05, against an undisclosed target, in dose escalation in squamous cell carcinomas. The company closed an oversubscribed USD 135 million Series B in November 2024 led by TCGX, and a USD 75 million Series C in April 2026 led by Jeito Capital with Vida Ventures, Bpifrance and EIFO joining existing investors including RA Capital, Novo Holdings and Ysios Capital.
