TCG Crossover (TCGX) is a life-science investment firm founded by Chen Yu that specialises in crossover financings, the late private rounds that bridge a company to an initial public offering, and continues to hold and add positions after listing. It has been an anchor investor in a number of oncology crossover and Series B and C rounds since 2021. The firm's site does not state a street address, so only the region is recorded; portfolio links are derived from the startup records that name it.
