Harbour BioMed is a Hong Kong-listed antibody company, with operations in China, the Netherlands and the United States, whose fully human and heavy-chain-only antibody platforms feed cancer immunotherapy programmes and phase 3 trials.
Overview
Harbour BioMed, founded in 2016 and listed in Hong Kong, owns the Harbour Mice transgenic platforms that produce fully human antibodies, including heavy-chain-only antibodies used for bispecifics. Its pipeline includes the anti-CTLA-4 antibody porustobart and the FcRn antibody batoclimab, and it licenses its platforms widely. ClinicalTrials.gov lists its Guangzhou company as lead sponsor of phase 3 cancer trials.
