EGL-002 (anti-CCR8-IL2m) is an anti-CCR8 / IL-2 mutein fusion antibody (targeted IL-2m) from Egle Therapeutics. An anti-CCR8/IL-2 mutein fusion antibody engineered to enhance depletion of regulatory T cells in solid tumours; by binding both CCR8 and CD25 it stays on the surface of tumour-infiltrating Tregs longer. Its furthest stage is preclinical development, for solid tumours. No clinical trial naming it is registered on ClinicalTrials.gov.
