LTZ-301 is a bispecific antibody (myeloid cell engager) from LTZ Therapeutics. A bispecific myeloid engager that redirects monocytes and macrophages to CD79b-positive B cells and depletes them by Fc-receptor-independent antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. FDA IND cleared February 2025; phase 1 recruiting (NCT07121946). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
