MT-304 is an experimental in vivo CAR therapy from CREATE Medicines, in phase 1 trials for solid tumours that carry HER2.
MT-304 is an in vivo CAR therapy: mRNA in lipid nanoparticles that programmes NK and myeloid cells from CREATE Medicines. Messenger RNA in lipid nanoparticles makes the patient's own NK cells and myeloid cells carry a chimeric antigen receptor against HER2. The phase 1 study NCT07334119 tests it alone and with nivolumab in HER2-expressing solid tumours. Whether it works in people has not been established.
Messenger RNA in lipid nanoparticles makes the patient's own NK cells and myeloid cells carry a chimeric antigen receptor against HER2. Connects to HER2.
