ORM-1153 is a degrader-antibody conjugate from Orum Therapeutics. An anti-CD123 antibody joined by a cleavable beta-glucuronide linker to a GSPT1-degrading payload; once inside the cell it releases the payload, which kills the cancer cell by degrading GSPT1. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for CD123-positive acute myeloid leukaemia. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 NCT07809906 recruiting; first patient dosed per company release of 14 October 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
