PLB-002

PLB-002 is an antibody-drug conjugate from PrimeLink BioTherapeutics. An antibody-drug conjugate against Claudin 6, a tight junction protein expressed in some solid tumours (notably ovarian, non-small cell lung, endometrial and testicular cancers) and barely in healthy adult tissue. Built on the company's ENHANMIX platform. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and CLDN6-positive solid tumours. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. First patient dosed in phase 1 (company release published 2026-02-26); NCT07304128 recruiting per v2 API. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
