STK-012 is an experimental engineered immune-signalling protein from Synthekine, in phase 2 trials for non-small cell lung cancer.
STK-012 is an engineered cytokine (interleukin-2 partial agonist) from Synthekine. An alpha/beta-biased interleukin-2 partial agonist that preferentially stimulates antigen-activated T cells carrying the high-affinity IL-2 receptor, which includes CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha) and IL2RB. The phase 2 part of NCT05098132 is in first-line PD-L1-negative non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed and carboplatin.
An alpha/beta-biased interleukin-2 partial agonist that preferentially stimulates antigen-activated T cells carrying the high-affinity IL-2 receptor, which includes CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha) and IL2RB. Connects to CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha) and IL2RB.
1.STK-012 binds CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha).
