Tinengotinib
A next-generation FGFR inhibitor designed to work after pemigatinib or futibatinib stop working, now in a global phase 3.
Phase 1/2 in heavily pretreated FGFR-altered cholangiocarcinoma, including after prior FGFR inhibitors, showed disease control with median PFS ~5-6 months. FIRST-308 randomises FGFRi-refractory patients to tinengotinib versus FOLFOX/FOLFIRI; first US patient dosed 2025.
