Vididencel (DCP-001, DCOne) is an allogeneic cell-based active immunotherapy (dendritic cell vaccine from a leukaemia cell line), given intradermally from Mendus. An off-the-shelf active immunotherapy made from a proprietary leukaemia cell line, designed to trigger immune responses against cancer cells left after standard treatment. Its furthest stage is phase 2, for acute myeloid leukaemia (maintenance), chronic myeloid leukaemia (treatment-free remission) and high-risk ovarian cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 4 studies linked below. AML phase 2 ADVANCE II (NCT03697707, registry status unknown); CML phase 1 NCT07651878 recruiting; ovarian cancer phase 1 NCT04739527 completed. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
