Ashish Kamat led the consensus that defined BCG-unresponsive non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer and the trial endpoints now used by regulators, and has led studies of BCG dosing, intravesical therapy and urinary biomarkers. He is president of the International Bladder Cancer Group and a senior author of the Lancet seminar on bladder cancer. His work shapes the entire non-muscle-invasive trial landscape.
