Overview
Dean Bajorin was principal investigator of CheckMate 274, the trial showing adjuvant nivolumab improves disease-free survival in muscle-invasive urothelial cancer after radical surgery, the first adjuvant immunotherapy approval in the disease. He developed the Bajorin prognostic model for metastatic urothelial cancer and led decades of chemotherapy trials at MSKCC.
