Overview
Thierry André (Hôpital Saint-Antoine, Paris) was principal investigator of MOSAIC, the trial that established oxaliplatin-based adjuvant chemotherapy for stage III colon cancer, and two decades later of KEYNOTE-177, which showed pembrolizumab doubles progression-free survival versus chemotherapy in MSI-high metastatic colorectal cancer. He also led CheckMate 8HW (nivolumab plus ipilimumab) and the IDEA collaboration on three versus six months of adjuvant therapy. He remains a leading GERCOR investigator.
