Daniel E. Spratt
Radiation oncologist who built AI models from trial slides to decide which prostate cancer patients need hormone therapy.
Overview
Daniel Spratt led the development and validation of the ArteraAI multimodal AI prostate test using digitised pathology and clinical data from NRG/RTOG trials, the first AI biomarker to enter NCCN prostate guidelines. He has led analyses of the Decipher genomic classifier and chairs NRG GU trials of biomarker-guided treatment intensification and de-intensification.
