Overview
Silke Gillessen (IOSI, Bellinzona) founded the Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference, whose biennial reports are the most widely used expert guidance on managing advanced prostate cancer where trial evidence is lacking. She was a lead investigator in STAMPEDE and in trials of PSMA radioligand therapy and helped establish the Swiss Group for Clinical Cancer Research GU programme.
