Overview
Talia Golan was principal investigator and first author of POLO, which showed maintenance olaparib nearly doubles progression-free survival in germline BRCA-mutant metastatic pancreatic cancer after platinum chemotherapy, the first targeted therapy approval in the disease. She directs the pancreatic cancer centre at Sheba and works on organoid-guided therapy and DNA damage response combinations.
