Overview
Isabelle Ray-Coquard was principal investigator of PAOLA-1, the ENGOT/GINECO trial showing maintenance olaparib added to bevacizumab improves progression-free and overall survival in first-line advanced ovarian cancer with homologous recombination deficiency, which made HRD testing a standard part of ovarian cancer care. She leads the French GINECO group and international networks for rare gynaecological cancers.
