Overview
Vicente Borrero is Director General of Fundación Valle del Lili, a non profit hospital and medical foundation in Cali, Colombia, that also runs education and research programmes. In February 2026 the foundation paid tribute to him for 30 years of managing the institution, and it also reported his recognition as businessman of the year for Colombia's Pacific zone, an interview in which he said the humanitarian response of his medical staff during the pandemic had been more gratifying than any economic result. The foundation's website names Marcela Granados as Subdirectora General.
