Denise Soares dos Santos is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo, one of Brazil's largest philanthropic hospital institutions, founded in 1859. BP's corporate governance page lists her at the head of the Diretoria Executiva, alongside executive directors for technology, finance and operations, people and customer experience, business and expansion, and medical and technical development (Veridiana Camargo de Arruda Penteado), with Regina Stella Lelis as executive director of Hospital BP, BP Mirante and the diagnostic units. The Conselho de Administração is chaired by Josué Dimas de Melo Pimenta.
