Platform Study of Circulating Tumor DNA Directed Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Colon Cancer (KCSG CO22-12) is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT05534087 by Seoul National University Hospital, with a registry enrolment figure of 236 participants, started 2022-12-15 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-09-30. Interventions recorded: mFOLFIRINOX-FOLFIRI intensified chemotherapy; FOLFOX or CAPOX adjuvant chemotherapy. Conditions listed: Colon Cancer. Primary outcome: 3-year disease-free survival rate.
