Investigate the Efficacy of Chemotherapy in Patients With Positive ctDNA After Surgery and Adjuvant Chemotherapy for a Stage III Colorectal Cancer is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06197425 by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Dijon, with a registry enrolment figure of 1660 participants, started 2026-05-07 and due to reach its primary completion in 2032-05. Interventions recorded: "FOLFIRI" cures; Trifluridine cures; BIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT; Questionnaires; Thoracic-abdomino-pelvic scan or MRI. Conditions listed: Colon or Upper Rectum Adenocarcinoma.
