ctDNA-guided Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Liver Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT05815082 by Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 490 participants, started 2023-02-20 and due to reach its primary completion in 2031-02-20.
