Circulating Tumor DNA Methylation Guided Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy for High-risk Stage II/III Colorectal Cancer is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT05954078 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 340 participants, started 2023-08-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2026-06.
