Dutch maker of MammaPrint, the 70-gene breast cancer test validated in the MINDACT trial.
Overview
Spun out of the Netherlands Cancer Institute, Agendia developed MammaPrint (FDA-cleared 2007, the first cleared multigene prognostic test) and the BluePrint molecular subtyping assay, and sponsored MINDACT with the EORTC. It also runs the FLEX registry collecting whole-transcriptome data on MammaPrint patients.
