Dong-A ST is a Seoul pharmaceutical company, the prescription-medicine arm of one of Korea's oldest drug groups, which sponsors phase 3 cancer trials including biosimilars and supportive-care products.
Overview
Dong-A ST Co., Ltd. was formed in 2013 when the Dong-A group split its prescription business from its consumer arm. It develops and markets prescription medicines in Korea and abroad, including oncology supportive-care products, a pegylated G-CSF and biosimilars developed with partners, and it acts as lead sponsor of phase 3 cancer trials registered on ClinicalTrials.gov.
