Mabion is a Polish biotech near Łódź that developed a rituximab biosimilar, MabionCD20, through phase 3 trials in lymphoma and rheumatoid arthritis, and now also manufactures biologics for partners.

Mabion S.A., based in Konstantynów Łódzki and listed in Warsaw, built a biologics plant to develop and make biosimilar antibodies. Its rituximab biosimilar MabionCD20 was taken through phase 3 comparative trials in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and rheumatoid arthritis, registered on ClinicalTrials.gov under Mabion as lead sponsor, and the company now also offers contract manufacturing.
