Pathos AI
Pathos AI uses very large artificial intelligence models trained on millions of cancer patients' records, scans and genetic data to pick which experimental cancer drugs to develop and which patients to test them in, and is building its own pipeline of such drugs.
Overview
Pathos AI is an AI-enabled, clinical-stage oncology biotech. Its PATHOS platform draws on millions of oncology records integrating genomics, transcriptomics, imaging, text and longitudinal outcomes, and is building what the company describes as the largest multimodal foundation model in oncology to select assets, design trials and discover biomarkers. In August 2026 it licensed JSKN016, a first-in-class TROP2/HER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, from Alphamab Oncology ($125 million upfront, up to $2,093 million in milestones) and agreed a co-exclusive licence to take the oestrogen receptor PROTAC degrader AZD4241 into the clinic for ER-positive breast cancer. In May 2026 it took a majority stake in DeuterOncology (MET inhibitor). Pathos raised a $365 million Series D in May 2025 at a post-money valuation of about $1.6 billion.
