AUTX-703 is a small-molecule protein degrader (oral) from Auron Therapeutics. A first-in-class oral degrader of the lysine acetyltransferases KAT2A and KAT2B, which the company says epigenetically reprogram cells to a more proliferative and plastic state. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for acute myeloid leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine prostate cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 NCT06846606 recruiting (registry, 3 Nov 2026). FDA Fast Track for r/r AML per company page. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
