IBI3009 is an experimental antibody-drug conjugate for small cell lung cancer, aimed at the protein DLL3. Innovent Biologics licensed it to Roche in January 2025, and it is in a first phase 1 trial.
IBI3009 is an antibody-drug conjugate that targets DLL3 and carries a payload from Innovent Biologics' topoisomerase 1 inhibitor platform; the registry describes it as a monoclonal antibody-camptothecin derivative conjugate. Innovent announced a collaboration and exclusive licence with Roche on 2 January 2025, by which time IBI3009 had approval to start trials in Australia, China and the United States and the first patient had been dosed in December 2024. The phase 1 trial (NCT06613009), sponsored by Innovent, is enrolling people with unresectable, metastatic or extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. No results are recorded here.
An antibody that recognises DLL3, a protein found on small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours but rarely on normal tissue, carries a camptothecin-type topoisomerase I inhibitor into the cancer cell. Connects to DLL3.
