YL211 is an antibody-drug conjugate that targets c-MET (mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor) and uses MediLink Therapeutics' TMALIN conjugate platform. MediLink and Roche announced a worldwide collaboration and licence on 2 January 2024, with USD 50 million in upfront and near-term payments and a total deal value nearing USD 1 billion; MediLink was to run the first phase 1 trial with Roche's China Innovation Center before Roche took over global development. That phase 1 trial (NCT06384352), sponsored by MediLink with Hoffmann-La Roche as collaborator, started in May 2024 in advanced solid tumours and includes parts combining YL211 with pembrolizumab in non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
