OPM-101 is an oral small-molecule kinase inhibitor (macrocyclic, Nanocyclix platform) from Oncodesign Precision Medicine. A highly selective oral RIPK2 inhibitor that blocks the NOD2/RIPK2 pathway; the company says it is designed to reprogram immune responses in cancer and overcome resistance to immunotherapy. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced melanoma resistant to anti-PD-1. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 in healthy volunteers completed (SAD and MAD). REVERT phase 1b/2a with pembrolizumab in anti-PD-1-resistant melanoma registered, not yet recruiting (NCT07040436). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
