Pazopanib

Pazopanib is the only multi-kinase inhibitor approved for soft-tissue sarcoma (excluding fat-derived tumours), used after chemotherapy fails.

PALETTE: PFS 4.6 vs 1.6 months vs placebo (HR 0.31) in non-adipocytic STS after anthracycline; no OS benefit. Approved April 2012. Also RCC. Novartis.
