SX-682 is an experimental tablet from Syntrix Pharmaceuticals that blocks the CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors on immune-suppressing cells. It is in phase 2 trials, alone or with other medicines, in prostate cancer, lung cancer and other cancers.
SX-682 is Syntrix Pharmaceuticals' CXCR1/2 inhibitor. Registered trials in OnCo include NCT06228053, a Syntrix-sponsored phase 2 trial with enzalutamide in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer; NCT05570825 and NCT07322341, University of Washington trials with pembrolizumab and with atezolizumab in non-small cell lung cancer; and NCT06149481, a National Cancer Institute trial combining it with a vaccine, retifanlimab and N-803 in metastatic colorectal cancer. NCI SBIR awards to Syntrix in 2026 fund studies in myelodysplastic syndromes and melanoma.
A dual inhibitor of the chemokine receptors CXCR1 and CXCR2, which Syntrix Pharmaceuticals describes as inactivating the myeloid-derived suppressor cells and neutrophils that shield tumours from T cells and natural killer cells.
