TG6050 is an oncolytic virus (vaccinia, Invir.IO platform), intravenous from Transgene. An oncolytic virus engineered to make human IL-12 and a full-length anti-CTLA-4 antibody inside the tumour. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 Delivir trial NCT05788926 in metastatic NSCLC was terminated ('Sponsor decision not related to safety', registry updated July 2025).
