South East Genomics states that it provides all genomic testing for anyone living in South London, Kent, Medway, Sussex and much of Surrey. It is one of seven Genomic Laboratory Hubs that together co-ordinate all NHS genomic testing in England, each paired with a regional Genomic Medicine Service Alliance that delivers the clinical care of patients having genomic testing (Health Education England's GeNotes). The lead trust is Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
