Bill Greenhalf is a Reader in Molecular and Clinical Cancer Medicine at the University of Liverpool (Institute of Systems, Molecular and Integrative Biology). He works on the molecular side of the EUROPAC registry of familial pancreatic cancer and hereditary pancreatitis and on biomarker studies from the ESPAC trials, including the ESPAC-3 analysis of tumour hENT1 expression and survival from gemcitabine (Journal of the National Cancer Institute 2014) and the Liverpool Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre biomarker discovery programme (ISRCTN74588872).
