Mexico offers girls and boys vaccination against human papillomavirus (HPV) in its national schedule, introduced in 2008; WHO's latest schedule lists one dose for those aged 11 to 13.
WHO's immunization data record HPV vaccine as introduced in Mexico in 2008 (a partial introduction that year). In the 2025 data the introduction is recorded as nationwide and the country reports a one-dose schedule. The routine schedule reported to WHO for 2025 gives one dose of quadrivalent vaccine to girls and boys aged 11 to 13. WHO also lists additional doses for risk groups or catch-up cohorts in the same table. For hepatitis B vaccine, WHO records the birth dose as in the schedule in 2025.
