Natera's US study in which 1,788 people with bowel cancer had Signatera blood tests after surgery and their doctors could act on the result; it records what changed and what happened, but does not randomise anyone.
Overview
BESPOKE CRC is Natera's prospective observational study of Signatera in resected colorectal cancer. The registry lists 1,788 participants, a start date of 24 April 2020 and a completion date of September 2025, with the overall status not updated. Because doctors chose treatment knowing the result, it can show how often a ctDNA result changes management and how ctDNA-positive and ctDNA-negative patients fare, but not whether acting on the test improves survival; that question belongs to DYNAMIC, CIRCULATE-US and VEGA.
