RPTR-1-201 is an experimental bispecific protein from Repertoire Immune Medicines, in phase 1 trials for advanced solid tumours in people with the HLA-A*02:01 tissue type.
RPTR-1-201 is a tCR bispecific (an engineered T-cell receptor fused to an anti-CD3 domain) from Repertoire Immune Medicines. The engineered T-cell receptor binds a tumour-selective fragment presented by HLA-A*02:01 on cancer cells, and the anti-CD3 part pulls T cells in to kill them. The tumour fragment is not named publicly. Its phase 1/2 study (NCT07293754) is recruiting; the company's pipeline lists colorectal, lung, head and neck, triple-negative breast, pancreatic, gastric, urothelial, cervical and oesophageal cancers. In May 2026 the FDA granted Fast Track designation for HLA-A*02:01-positive unresectable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer after standard treatment. Whether it works in people has not been established.
