Overview
Kevin Kalinsky was principal investigator of SWOG S1007 (RxPONDER), which extended the TAILORx result to node-positive disease: postmenopausal women with one to three positive nodes and a recurrence score of 25 or less gained nothing from chemotherapy, while premenopausal women did. He directs breast oncology at Winship and leads SWOG breast trials on ctDNA-guided escalation.
